History

JSC Grozneftegaz is an oil and gas producing enterprise of the Company, which operates in the North Caucasus Federal District of Russia.

The company was established in 2000 on the basis of the oil assets of the Chechen Republic.

As of January 1 2019, Rosneft owned 17 subsoil use licenses in the territory of the Chechen Republic. Of these, 13 exploration and production licenses, 1 licenses for geological exploration, prospecting and evaluation, and 3 license for geological exploration, pioneering, and production.

As of January 1 2019, recoverable oil reserves of the AB1 category were 8.393 million tons (the degree of depletion: 97.5%).

JSC Grozneftegaz produces and ships oil from the Chervlennaya-Uzlovaya booster pump station.
