Rosneft and Arkhangelsk Region signed a Cooperation Agreement

Rosneft Chief executive officer Igor Sechin and Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region Igor Orlov signed a Cooperation Agreement during the XX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The document provides for cooperation between the Parties in the implementation of social and economic programs aimed at strengthening the social stability in the Arkhangelsk Region and creating economic, legal and administrative environment for the Company's business in the region.
The Parties agreed to extend the application of motor fuel in the Arkhangelsk Region. In addition, the Agreement is focused on the development of investment activity in the region and consumers provision with high-quality petroleum products.

In the Arkhangelsk Region, Rosneft's subsidiary RN-Arkhangelsknefteproduct sells motor fuel at 35 gas stations / retail sites. All motor fuels comply with the highest environmental standards Euro 5.
Rosneft actively develops the product range of its retail network which is already characterized by high-quality fuel with a multi-stage quality control system and developed non-fuel offer. The Company creates new products and services to improve the dialog with the consumer.
