Sibintek (a subsidiary of Rosneft) launched a summer internship for students of technical specialities. More than 140 students from schools in Ryazan, Saratov, the Krasnoyarsk region, the Irkutsk region, the Tomsk region and the Republic of Bashkortostan will use their knowledge in the Company’s divisions.

Future specialists will be immersed in the work processes of the departments that ensure information security and user support, as well as in the work of structural subdivisions of the Vankor cluster enterprises.

During the internship students will get acquainted with structural schemes and algorithms of operation of the Company’s shift camp equipment, will learn about the best IT practices in data protection, innovative services and much more.

In addition, a rich educational programme has been prepared for young people, including quizzes on information technologies and Internet security, master classes on public speaking and effective communications, and business games to develop teamwork skills.

A month of active learning will provide the students withnew useful knowledge and a broad understanding of Rosneft and its IT integrator.

Rosneft has a corporate system of continuing education «School — College/University — Enterprise» to form an external talent pool and a constant influx of highly educated young specialists to the Company. The Company developed cooperation with 80 Russian and foreign universities on the basis of cooperation agreements in 2023, of which 31 universities are the Company’s partners.
